 New Homes

For new home buyers, you'll be informed of all the details of your new home, including special cleaning instructions for your appliances, maintenance and cleaning tips, along with other helpful information. You’ll also be given your Homeowner’s Manual, which highlights this session, and provides a place for you to keep notes, appliance warranties, and all other material relevant to your new home. With your customer service representative, you’ll inspect every room of the home to look for any deficiencies or items in need of repair. These will be addressed immediately, so you can move into a home that satisfies you 100%

Every residential project built by related companies of the Domus Pacific Group of Companies is protected by a 10 year warranty program. This coverage is approved under B.C.’s Homeowner Protection Act and includes the following coverage:
  • 2 year coverage for materials, workmanship, and major systems
  • 5 year coverage for the building envelope
  • 10 year coverage for structural defects
